This list of Benefits is not complete or exhaustive. Many types of expenses are covered within these categories and many are not. Exceptions and entitlements apply. In order to be fully compensated for benefits to which you are entitled at law, and which are mandatory in Ontario, you should consult with a lawyer. Since accidents benefits law is extremely complex, you should consult with a lawyer who has extensive experience in automobile insurance law.
